1. Collection of Information

As part of your registration for the event, the information below is provided by you (the “Information”):

• Full name;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Company name (where applicable); and
• LinkedIn profile (where provided).

The Information is collected for the purposes described below.

2. Purposes of Processing

Your personal information will be used for the following purposes:

• Registering and administering your participation in the event;
• Communicating with you regarding the event;
• Managing and operating the event through our event management provider, Pop Up; and
• Sharing your registration details with the event sponsors as described below.

3. Sharing Your Information with Sponsors

By registering for the event, you expressly consent to us providing the Information to our sponsors.

The identity of the event sponsors will appear on the event registration page and may be updated from time to time prior to or during the event.

The sponsors may use your information in accordance with their own privacy policies and practices. Any subsequent communications, offers, marketing activities, or other interactions between you and any sponsor are solely between you and that sponsor.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security measures, or communications of any sponsor after your information has been shared in accordance with this consent.

4. Event Management Provider

The event is administered with the assistance of Popup Moments Inc. which processes personal information on our behalf for the purpose of managing registrations and the operation of the event.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we hold against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Your Consent

By clicking “I Agree”, registering for the event, or otherwise completing the registration process, you:

• confirm that the information you provide is accurate;
• consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described above;
• expressly consent to the disclosure of your registration information to the event sponsors identified on the event page (as updated from time to time); and
• acknowledge that, following such disclosure, any communications or dealings with a sponsor are solely between you and that sponsor.

7. Governing Law

This Privacy Notice and Consent shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
